The Pioneers into Practice program is just completed! The programme was run by Cyprus Energy Agency, which is directed by Savvas Vlachos, and ATHENA RC led by Professor Phoebe Koundouri and managed by Lydia Papadaki. In total 11 pioneers from the triangle of knowledge (education, research and innovation) have been identified in both locations. They had the opportunity to attend two workshops, one from 21^st to 24^th July 2021 at the offices of Cyprus Energy Agency in Nicosia, Cyprus and one from 4^th to 5^th November 2021 at the premises of ATHENA RC in Athens, Greece. The pioneers acquired advanced skills on Systems thinking and worked with hosts such as the Technical University of Cyprus, the Athens University of Economics and Business, Deloitte, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund and Aenaos Thalassa.
