Dr. Constantinos Chassomeris holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering
from the University of Patras, Greece. He collaborates with the Industrial Systems
Institute of the Athena Research and Innovation Center since 2020.

His research interests include broad-band communications, multimedia services,
telematics applications, multimedia content, computer decision support systems,
integrated information systems, IoT, renewable energy systems and energy saving
applications.

 

He has more than 20 years of experience in the implementation, development and
management of European and national (Greek) funded projects and has been involved in
over 25 projects as member of the project team, technical manager or project manager.
He has over 20 scientific publications including papers published in journals, book
chapters and conference proceedings and sports international recognition (Google
Scholar number of citations 157, h-index 6 as of Dec 2020).

 

He has been a research and development engineer associated with the University of
Patras and the public and private sector.

 

He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
