Agorakis Bompotas holds a diploma in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras and he is currently a PhD candidate in Computer Science in the same university. Over the past years, he has worked as a software engineer and has been involved in the development of numerous applications and information systems. His scientific interests include Data Structures, Data Mining, Distributed Systems and Big Data processing in general.
