The “Athena” Research Center proudly announces the organization of its first Research Summit on Information technologies and Computer Science, to be held in Xylokastro, 3-4 May 2023. The Summit will bring together high level researchers in one of the most rapidly evolving fields in the world, privileged to be at the forefront of innovation and discovery. We aspire to make this event one that allows participants to freely share scientific insights, and technological breakthroughs.

 

The event offers a mix of keynote talks, technical discussions, as well as poster and demo presentations, covering artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics and autonomous systems, industry 4.0, language technologies, digital heritage, health informatics, and many other areas relevant within "Athena" RC. We will have the chance to engage in lively discussions, and ultimately foster meaningful connections and collaborations among all participants. Furthermore, we hold non-technical plenary sessions in order to debate horizontal questions on research, technology transfer, and innovation, and to reflect on our values, our vision, and our ambition for the future.
