The Open Science community will meet in Geneva: from 15 to 17 September 2025, the Open Science Fair (OSFair 2025) returns, hosted at the CERN Science Gateway Building.

 

Co-organised by OpenAIRE and the CERN Open Science Office, OSFair has become a landmark event for advancing Open Science in Europe and worldwide.

 

The Athena Research Center is a founding partner of OpenAIRE and has organized in Athens the first Open Science Fair (2017).

 

With the theme “Fusing Forces – Accelerating Open Science through Collaboration”, OSFair 2025 aims to strengthen synergies among research communities, infrastructures, policies, and practices. The goal is to showcase new forms of collaboration that will accelerate the transition towards a more open, fair, and interconnected research ecosystem.

 

The conference welcomes researchers, universities and research institutions, policymakers, funders, and innovators, offering a unique platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and the creation of new collaborations.
