Dr. Panagiotis Fountas holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras, Greece. He has been with the Industrial Systems Institute of the Athena Research and Innovation Center since 2002, where he holds the position of Specialist Technical Scientist.

 

He has more than 25 years of experience in collaborations with industries and the implementation of European and national funded programs.

 

His work interests include the implementation, installation and technical support of integrated electronic systems in the industry, the design and implementation of high complexity printed circuit boards in the area of networked embedded systems and systems of data collection and recording.

 

He is the author or co-author of 17 scientific publications in international journals and conferences.
