The article explores how Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) can be better integrated into Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria to speed up the sustainability transformation of the EU business sector. It proposes interdisciplinary reporting frameworks that align corporate behavior with long-term sustainability objectives under the European Green Deal.
