"Athena" RC at the symposium of the Hellenic Institute of Advanced Studies

"Athena" RC participates in the inaugural symposium of the Hellenic Institute of Advanced Studies (HIAS) "Bridges in Education, Science and Innovation" that will take place on July 8, 2022, at the Eugenides Foundation in Athens, Greece.
Petros Maragos, Professor, National Technical University of Athens, Director of the Robotics Unit / Athena RC and Timos Sellis, Scientific Director of Archimedes Unit / Athena RC will both participate in the session about "Artificial Intelligence and Computing". Yannis Ioannidis, former President of the "Athena" RC, Professor of Informatics and Telecommunications / University of Athens will participate in the session about "Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Greece".
The HIAS mission is to build scientific bridges between scientists of the diaspora and colleagues in Greece in STEM-related fields. This symposium will explore themes and actions for creating and strengthening these bridges with four focused sessions on:
