LLMs Made in Greece: From Research to Entrepreneurship

The Athena Research Center invites you to an open event titled “LLMs Made in Greece: From Research to Entrepreneurship”, taking place on Monday, September 8 at 19:00, at Ypsilon in Thessaloniki. The event is organized as a satellite action within the framework of Athena’s participation in the 89th Thessaloniki International Fair.
 
Aimed at the research, technology, and business communities of Thessaloniki, the event will explore the emerging Greek-language Large Language Models (LLMs), their prospects, and their applications across various sectors of the economy and society. The program will begin with two short presentations by Athena researchers and continue with a panel discussion featuring scientists and professionals from the fields of artificial intelligence, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

The discussion will highlight the transformative potential of LLMs and the role of Artificial Intelligence in strengthening Greece’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
