On Sunday, October 13, 2024, the first open online meeting of the Greek Community of
CodeWeek was successfully held, focusing on the European project Code4Europe!
Code4Europe is an initiative of the European Union aimed at connecting all stakeholders in digital skills from Education, Civil Society, the Digital Industry, and Government, with the goal of implementing innovative approaches for the digital advancement of youth. The welcome was given by Dimitris Blougouras and Sophia Drakaki (Citylab STEM Labs) as National Hub Leaders.
The greeting was delivered by Diana Filip, Deputy CEO & Chief Development Officer of JA Europe, who is the coordinator of the Code4Europe project. Presentations were made by the involved stakeholders, along with an update on the goals and vision of Code4Europe.
The Athena Research Center, along with all project partners, including ambassadors, Leading Teachers, and educators, actively participated in exchanging views on the various perspectives and experiences gained from this initiative.
