We are pleased to announce the release of Artificial Intelligence, Data and Robotics, a new open-access book published by Springer, with valuable contributions by Athena RC researchers.
The book was developed under the vision and leadership of the
European AI, Data and Robotics Association (ADRA), the European public-private partnership dedicated to advancing AI, Data and Robotics research and innovation, and brings together contributions from leading researchers and practitioners across Europe. The publication offers a comprehensive overview of key research agendas, innovative frameworks, and real-world deployments, exploring cutting-edge theory, technologies, methodologies, and best practices across industrial and public sector scenarios. It is a valuable resource for researchers, professionals, and policymakers alike.
Eleni Lavasa, Vasileios Gkolemis, Theodora Chrysoula and
Charalambos Sinnis, Research Associates at the
Information Management Systems Institute (IMSI), along with IMSI Director
Theodore Dalamagas, have contributed to this volume with a dedicated chapter on "
Hybrid Intelligence: the fusion of science-based and Machine Learning models".
