EOSC Mesh addresses the fragmentation that still exists in the European research landscape in terms of access, exchange and reuse of data and services across disciplines and countries. Building on the progress of the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC), the project strengthens EOSC through seven new Nodes and 25 federation capabilities offering core, generic and thematic services. At the same time, it promotes the adoption of EOSC by service providers, Node operators and research communities. The project is estimated to benefit more than 650,000 users and over 2,000 research centres and industrial partners in more than 40 countries.
