Prof. Phoebe Koundouri was invited by AkademyClub.com London to deliver a keynote address on 7 May 2025 at the historic Savile Club, as part of Akademy’s distinguished series of high-impact talks that convene leading thinkers from across disciplines.

Drawing on her extensive research and global policy advisory work through AE4RIA – the Alliance of Excellence for Research and Innovation on Aephoria, she highlighted the urgent need for integrated, interdisciplinary, science-based approaches to drive a just, inclusive, and climate-resilient future. She also addressed the design and implementation of human-centric, scalable solutions that align environmental sustainability with economic and social well-being.
