Professor Evangelos Papadopoulos in Athens Voice

Dr. Evangelos Papadopoulos, professor at NTUA, director of the Automatic Control Laboratory, and deputy director of HERON at the Robotics Institute of Athena Research Center, gave an interview to Athens Voice on the occasion of the establishment of the first Center of Excellence for Robotics in Greece (HERON). Mr. Papadopoulos redefined the concept of robotics and robots, discussed the state of robotics in Greece, and addressed the changes brought by Artificial Intelligence in the field of robotics. He spoke about the applications of robotics in our daily lives and the changes expected in the coming years, while also explaining the importance of introducing a robotics course in schools.
