Logograma

The main aim of this project was the integration of modern technology tools in educational software for language learning. These tools are brought to full maturity and are embedded in educational software for learning Greek as a foreign language, thus improving its functionality and providing the opportunity to the user to access language resources of considerable volume. The emerging software constitutes not just a lesson series, but also an unlimited depository of language material.

The particular aims of the project are summed up below:

• Development of technology tools and exploitation within the field of language education.
• Development of educational material in the form of teaching units, for teaching Greek as a foreign language.
• Development of units of cultural content complementary to the language material, in order to familiarize the user with aspects of the Greek civilization.
• Development of Greek language courses on the Web.
