Corallia is an incubator, youth entrepreneurship accelerator, and multi-Cluster facilitator established in 2005 as a Unit of the Athena Research Centre and has played a key role in the development of the Greek startup ecosystem. Corallia is one of the main pillars of the Greek innovation ecosystem and a think-tank that underpins national development plans in Greece. To this date, Corallia has successfully established business-support structures and implemented several flagship programs that support entrepreneurship across Europe.
 
Corallia's activities are financed by the private sector, the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and National funds under the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF), the Operational Programme Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship, the Regional Operational Programmes, the Hellenic Public Investments Programme, the 7th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development, the South East Europe Transnational Cooperation Programme and donations from the private sector, foundations and other benefactors.
