ILSP / R.C. "Athena" is managed by a Director. The Director is responsible for the financial and scientific management of the Institute.

Institute’s Scientific Board: The Institute’s Director is supported by the Institute’s Scientific Board, which comprises of five (5) members. The members of the Institute’s Scientific Board are elected by secret ballot for two years.
