Prof. Yannakopoulos focused on decision-making under model uncertainty. He showed the contribution of mathematics in making decisions when we don’t have the necessary data. Among others, he showed the Elsberg paradox, explained the effects of model uncertainty and what are the stochastic differential games, and how to identify the optimal transportation enters and the social discount rates.

On the 15th of September 2022, Dr Conrad Landis presented selected topics and projects in Sustainable Finance including the integration of SDGs to Company ESG Reporting and of the valuation of ecosystem services to decision making. On the 19th of September 2022 Dr Ebun Akinsete introduced participants to the core values of Sustainable Development, the relation of the SDGs with the industrial production and the role of circularity, policy, legislation and innovation in sustainable consumption and production.
