iMuSciCA Online Summer School 2020 is a refined version of the physical Summer School meeting in Greece that was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 crisis can be an opportunity for the participants to recapitalize the effort which has been dedicated in building innovative platforms like the iMuSciCA Workbench that can be fully used during the period like the one we all have been experiencing. The Online Summer School is an opportunity to meet the people who built it and share with us your vision for an ICT-in-STEAM classroom. 

 

The online Summer Course is offering an interdisciplinary experience that encourages STEAM pedagogy through ICT. It offers a solution based on an innovative educational approach that addresses secondary school students. The purpose of iMuSciCA is to design and implement a suite of software tools and services on top of embedded on a workbench that will deliver interactive music activities.

 

The solution intends to support mastery of core academic content on STEM subjects (Physics, Geometry, Mathematics, and Technology/Engineering), and to develop students’ creativity and deeper learning skills through their engagement in music activities.
